These terms govern every purchase from Laravel. By placing an order you accept them. We ship only to street addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, cannot be verified, lists a non-U.S. address, or exceeds available stock. You will be notified and any captured amount released.
Pricing and tax
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the destination state requires it. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate; if an obvious error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
Card details are encrypted in your browser and tokenized by our payment provider. We never store your full card number or security code. Your statement will show the amount agreed at checkout.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after an order clears review, and orders over $150 ship free. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.
Returns and refunds
Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original card once the return is inspected. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. See Shipping & returns for the steps.
High-value order verification
Orders at or above our review threshold may be held. Before shipping we may ask you to confirm a government ID with a live face match, the last four digits of your card, and the phone number on the order. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Laravel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where federal law or your own state's consumer protections provide you greater rights. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive.
