Our promise in one line

We save your name, phone number, email and shipping address for one purpose — getting your goods delivered — and we delete that information once it is no longer needed. That is the whole of it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, email, and the shipping (and optional billing) address, plus the items you buy.
• Payment — card details are encrypted in your browser and processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your full card number or security code; we keep only a masked reference such as 424242******4242 to match your order.
• Security data — IP address and browser type, used only to detect fraud and protect the store.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form, and the essential cookies described in our cookie notice.

Why we use it

To take your order, ship it, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting duties. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour the browser Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.

How long we keep it

We keep your order information only for as long as it takes to deliver your goods and to cover the limited window in which a return, refund or fraud claim could arise. After that period your personal data is deleted or de-identified. Basic transaction records may be retained a little longer where tax or accounting law requires it, and are then removed.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store — our hosting, shipping and payment partners — under contracts that limit them to that task. We share information with authorities only where the law compels it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state you may ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. California residents can also use our Do not sell or share page. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we respond to verified requests within 45 days.

Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, checkout is encrypted end-to-end, and our session cookie is httpOnly. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to serve you.

Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
